MyDish Login And More
The My Account section of MyDish features many important areas customers may use frequently. This tab is marked with a person symbol. Customers need to be logged into their account to access the areas under My Account. These areas include links to the customer’s personal billing information, profile, programming selections, equipment, and appointment and shipment schedules. In addition, access to Pay-Per-View certificates can be found under My Account as well as any Pay-Per-View orders, orders from the Dish store and any referrals the customer has made.
Like the cherry on top of a sundae, the Perks section of MyDish features the tasty extras a customer may enjoy. These may include but are not limited to free previews, exclusive free shows, sweepstakes, new channels and cool features such as external hard drives and the 30-second skip feature. Customers do not need to be logged in to navigate through this section. However, a login is required to enter sweepstakes.
Technology continues to evolve and upgrades keep satellite dish customers on the cutting edge. Some upgrades that may be available to view via the MyDish pages include channel package upgrades and product upgrade such as remotes, DVR storage and the Sling® Adapter. The Sling Adapter allows Dish customers to watch recorded shows on the go.
Pay-Per-View has three categories: DISH Cinema, Sports/Events and Adult Entertainment. Each can be accessed through MyDish by clicking on the tab marked Pay-Per-View. To order movies, sports or events from Pay-Per-View through MyDish, a log in is required.
Quick and easy access to customer support is only a click away. Click on the Support tab at MyDish to access technical support, have billing questions answered, request equipment services, access manuals or to receive live help through online chat with Dish agents. A login is not necessary to access support chat agents.
Visitors to MyDish will never be lost with the Search tab. Simply click on the tab and a search box will appear. Type in a search request such as “Program my remote” and the page will be redirected to the information requested. Customers do not have to be logged in to use this feature.
